The heated wash solution is sprayed over the rotating workload at a rate of 185

gallons per minute. The closing and opening of the wash return valve allows the

wash chamber to fill and empty quickly to achieve full penetration of complex or

densely packed components. At the end of the immersion stage, a spray

washensures all residual contamination is flushed away. This is followed by

immersion and spray rinse stages to remove the wash solution and further

contamination from the parts, to leave a quality finish.
