Technical Capabilities

In order for any machines to recieve a SMT Resource Certification it must pass through our 5 Phase Process.

• Phase I:
  Verify Configuration
• Phase II:
  Inspect and document the condition of the machine as it arrives in our facility.
• Phase III:
  Replace worn or damaged parts.
• Phase IV:
  Perform maintenance and test and calibrate the machine.
• Phase V:
  Clean and recondition machine.

Our Engineers are qualified on all major brands and types of equipment. Many of them have had over 20 years of field experience.
